VICTORIA RUBIO - Owner and CEO
Victoria Rubio is a Career Practitioner, Business Advisor, and Success Coach who focuses on empowering individuals to reach their highest personal and professional potential. Victoria helps her clients to advance to leadership roles and develop brands of authority through proven strategies and practices that achieve long-lasting success. Victoria graduated from the University of Windsor and worked as a Social Worker and front line worker in various corporations and non-profit organizations for over 15 years before deciding to start her own Success Coaching business in 2018 and grew it from the ground up, helping many people rewire their brain for success and experience lives of joy and abundance. In 2020, Victoria decided to expand and open VR Success Services – Career and Business Advancement, to focus on helping professionals and business owners who were wanting to advance their careers and businesses exponentially and stand out as leaders in their industries. In 2022, Victoria expanded the business once again and started VR Studios, a media studio fully equipped for professional, commercial, and production projects to bring a plethora of new opportunities to her clients. |
JULIANNA BONNETT - Media and Marketing Specialist
As an active Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, and Writer in the Windsor-Essex region, Julianna obtained her Journalism and Media Convergence Degree in 2019. With the experience, skills, and knowledge gained from working firsthand in the media industry, Julianna is proud to represent Windsor as her home and create compelling pieces that help support her community and the business owners within it.

SURAJ SASI - Digital Design Specialist
Born and raised in India, Suraj came to Canada in 2017 to pursue his degree in Journalism. During his time in college, he developed interest toward layout and graphic design and decided to pursue a career in that industry. Now an illustrator and Graphic Designer, Suraj enjoys creating content for social media platforms along with supplying businesses with new and innovative logos.

CLAUDIA RUBIO - Virtual Assistant
After supporting and assisting people of all backgrounds and abilities in various settings, Claudia found her niche in providing virtual assistance services to various businesses in the Windsor Essex area and abroad. She also works for the Greater Essex County District School Board as an educational assistant and recently completed a development service worker program to expand her abilities. Claudia is looking forward to broadening and solidifying her skillset while working with the team at VR Success Services.
